Many organizations are dedicated to finding a cure for Type 1 Diabetes, but few offer support in the interim. Camp Hendon provides life-altering experiences, without the promise of a cure, but with the guarantee of an experience that makes diabetes manageable until that cure is found.

Camp Hendon's actual cost per camper for a week of residential camp is over $1,700.
Because of generous supporters like you, over 75% of our revenues come from charitable giving. Your support allows us to only charge $550 per camper and provides camperships to children with the greatest financial needs. Over 30% of our campers receive financial aid each summer and we have never turned a child away due to financial hardship. A snapshot of our expenses:
